Company:
A waste management company, was founded 40 years ago. We currently operate more than 35-40 bin trucks. Our trucks are REL trucks (rear end loader) equipped with GPS and cameras for efficient operations and driver safety.

General Information:

General routes for freight movement include Dublin and outer Dublin.
Each crew consists of 1 or 2 drivers, along with 1 driver and 2 helpers per crew.
The work schedule is from 5:30 am/6:30 am to 11 am/5 pm, depending on whether the driver chooses 1 or 2 routes per day. Typically, one route takes approximately 5.5 hours.
Responsibilities:

Safely operate REL trucks, following designated routes and guidelines.
Utilize GPS navigation to follow the assigned route and locate bins accurately.
No reports required from drivers.
Daily schedules will be uploaded in a work group chat on Viber.
Salary:

The salary is based on the number of routes/maps completed.
Each route/map is paid at a rate of €120.
Drivers have the option to complete 1, 1.5, or 2 maps per day, depending on their preference and company's needs.
The salary is not calculated on an hourly basis, but rather on a per map/route basis to encourage efficiency.
Drivers receive a tax-free meal allowance of €10 per day.
Additionally, there is a monthly bonus of €200 based on performance, including factors like no complaints or incidents.
Other Benefits:

Accommodation can be provided but will be deducted from the salary. Currently, employees pay €450 for a 3-bed house shared with 4 other colleagues.
Requirements:

European citizenship.
Minimum 1 year of experience with a Category C License.
Intermediate level of English proficiency.
