The company started its operations in Latvia in 1994. Currently, the company operates more than 130 trucks and we are planning to increase our fleet. Trucks are MB (2 axle/ 3axle/ low bed) – on today 2-3 years old, but we will renew fleet in Sweden in coming month and Continent side.
Our main task is to supply with our trucking capacity our Group Multimodal operations. We are working with containers and different types of semi-trailers.

General routes for freight movement

Our main regions are Scandinavia (mainly Sweden) and the Continent (NL, DE, FR, BE).

Main routings are to pick up equipment from Rail terminals (SE or DE) or sea terminals (Rotterdam port), unload, and get back loaded. At the moment we are looking for extra capacity on the Continent side, later on, the situation might change.

We try to keep 4+2 but have also options for longer shifts as well.
Drivers can offer their schedules.

How are the trucks equipped?

All communication runs via Fleet board - Daimler product - board computer, also CMR scan. FB relates to our Logistic system and is very simple to work with. We cover for driver’s internet costs and on the Continent side and we provide company phones and costs are paid by Company.

Is there a pallet exchange?

No, in our routing we don’t have pallet changes.

Are there any deductions/fuel regulations/driving efficiency norms, etc.?

We are looking at driving styles, but more it is related to not cut off but to get driver advantage to get bonuses. We have employee, who also educates drivers and helps them to reach better results. All consumption we count from truck board computer.

Salary

We have a weekly calculation for salary because we don’t have big mileage (average 1800km/week) - due to short distances. Salary differs from the driver, how long he worked for us. If a driver has an ADR there are additional payment types of trips he made in Sweden – Norway, etc.

A new driver will earn an average monthly of 2400 plus bonuses if applicable.

Drivers with ADR receive 650 EUR per week NET + bonuses.

Is there an internship?

Yes, we can provide this as well.

24h and 45h are done on parking lots, auto houses, or motels?

Parking lots (mainly our drivers get back during the weekend to our facilities) + Sweden – hotels.

Transfer cost coverage

The company takes care of transfer costs and organization.

Requirements for drivers

Citizenship

European Union, Central Asia, CIS

Experience

Driver from Belarus – at least 1 year in EU.
Drivers with EU citizenship – can be without experience.

Knowledge of languages

At least one of these: Russian, Latvian, English, German.
