A company in Slovakia is recruiting employees. We specialize in Scandinavian-European travel. Our trips are changeable, there are no fixed routes.

Trucks are mostly 2x. EURO6 - MAN TGX (most of them), Volvo FH and DAF XF, tarpaulin trailers (tarpaulin).

Own coordinators / dispatchers - speak SK / ENG - who help the drivers where to load, where to unload (mostly a few loading or unloading and then unloading or loading). Terminal, breaks, ferry, etc. and are in touch with the driver all the time.

Requirements for drivers

Citizenship: Any
Work experience: One year in International transport.
Knowledge of languages: English or German.
Required documents: Driver's license CE, driver card, qualification card (code 95), ADR (we help with obtaining if required).


Crew type
Most of our drivers drive alone. However, we offer the option of driving the truck in pairs.

Work schedule
The drivers have their own cars for the entire shift. This is usually 3 + 1 // 6 + 2 // 9 + 3, but not fixed. We are ready to arrange their return in case you would like to go home for some special event.

How are the trucks equipped?
Each of our trucks has navigation. Communication is carried out using mobile phones and applications in it.

How does the driver file reports?
The driver submits a report in writing using the driver reports he sends to our company every month and using the mobile phone they receive from our company.

Is there a pallet exchange?
Yes

Are there any deductions / fuel consumption rules / driving efficiency rates?
They don't exist. Only if the driver makes a lot of extra kilometers by mistake.


Around the clock and 45 hours in parking lots, caravans or motels?
Typically a 24 hour break is done in trucks in the parking lot and a 45 hour break in hotels.

Visa cost coverage
Visa fees are paid by our company.

Coverage of transfer costs
Transport to and from work runs weekly. Usually start from Hamburg.
We also provide coverage of expenses for air travel.

Salary and Bonuses
THE SALARY
1. Base salary:
- Calculated in accordance with current legislation in the amount of 740 euros + travel allowances (average monthly salary 2100-2500 euros)

2. Supplements: holiday supplement, sick leave supplement, night work supplement, weekend supplement, holiday supplement.
- Calculated in accordance with the current legislation of the Slovak Republic

3. Motivational bonus:
- Assessment of the driver by his immediate supervisor (dispatcher, coordinator) based on his attitude to work for a given month
- Factors:
Communication - providing information, reporting problems, using shift times correctly (driving and working hours)
Compliance with health and safety regulations (including breaks while driving)
Complaints - well-founded and verified customer complaints, complaints from other companies, colleagues, etc.

4. Bonus for the time of work in the company
This bonus is “activated” (added to the brutto payment) from the 11th day of operation and further during the given month in the following structure:

- Note: in the case of a crew of 2 in the truck, this bonus is divided 50:50 for each person.

5. Bonus for a trip:
Bonus 100 € to the driver for completing planned and agreed work queues during the trip to work from the company office to the actual place of work:

3 or more weeks at work + 1 week of vacation
6 weeks or more at work + 2 weeks of vacation
9 weeks or more at work + 3 weeks of vacation

6. The minimum wage supplement depending on the country of work (work abroad):
- The minimum wage for each country is based on the current legislation of that country in full.
- The employer shall compensate the requested minimum wage in the form of a supplement to the gross payment, since a certain amount of the minimum wage for each country is covered by the minimum wage in accordance with the current legislation of the Slovak Republic.

The driver is entitled to a daily allowance for every working day spent in any country other than the Slovak Republic.
A system of average travel allowance is used - it is based on the average travel allowance over the last 3 months, depending on the country of operation.
Average amount: 43-47 euros per day
