General freight routes
Most of our routes are within the EU countries: Germany, Italy, France, Benelux countries, Spain, and the United Kingdom. We do not go to Scandinavian countries.

Working schedule
The work schedule is 2 months on the road, and 1 month of vacation. It is possible to work up to 4 months with 1.5 months of vacation.

How are the trucks equipped?
Each truck driver has a tablet, GPS, and a phone.

How does the driver submit reports?
Depending on the situation, reports are submitted using tablets, phones, or if necessary, by filling out documents.

How does the driver receive information about their schedule?
The driver receives information on their tablet, and they have a personal manager who is always in touch (routes, tasks, problem-solving, etc.).

Is there a pallet exchange?
No

Are there any deductions/fuel consumption rules/efficiency standards for driving, etc.?
We train for eco-driving.

Salary
Payment in connection with employment and business trips starts from 80 EUR/day. Rewards are possible for work experience, business trips to England, fuel savings, mileage, etc.

Is there an internship?
Yes. The internship can range from 1 week to 4 weeks, depending on the driver's experience.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the CE category is mandatory for all candidates.

Priority - if the candidate has at least 6 months of experience in Europe (has already worked 1-2 rotations in another European company).

Highest priority - If the candidate already has a residence permit and is working in a Lithuanian company or has a Polish visa and a Polish 95 code (plastic).

*Candidates undergo an introductory test drive when they join us. They have to attach and detach a semi-trailer, as well as park a tractor with a curtain-sided semi-trailer in reverse. Those who do not pass the test drive cannot be promised a job. The vacancy is for experienced drivers.
