Family owned company in Netherlands - Only EU citizens

The company exists since 2016, and we do freight transport.
From our tail we started with courier work and then since February this year we switched to bulk transport trucks, we do a lot of refrigerated transport.

*We currently have 2 trucks and we have ordered 4 more and they will be delivered in 6 weeks.
*And the cars are equipped with a GPS device.
*Reports/documents must be handed in at the office.
* Driver gets orders on phone through an app, it's really easy.
* Salary overview we pay a fixed monthly amount including overnight costs, €3000, net.
If the driver has worked for the company for more than a year, he will receive a wage increase.
* Requirements for drivers: in possession of CE driving license code 95 and ADR. And speaking English for the communication, and minimum has one year of driving experience with trailer.
