Salary Calculation

• Internship: After successful training, drivers complete a 2-week internship, earning €40/day.


• Next 8 Weeks: Drivers are paid €67/day.


• Long-Term Pay (after 10 weeks): The daily rate increases to €75-€80/day, depending on ECO score, performance, and accident record.

Additional Bonuses:

• ADR Transport: Additional compensation.


• UK Transport: Additional compensation.


• Kilometer Targets: Bonus payments upon completion.


• Loyalty: Long-term drivers receive additional bonuses.

Visa and Transfer Costs

Visa Costs: Covered by the candidate.

Transfer Costs: The company organizes and covers transportation by minibus from our base in Lithuania.

Requirements for Drivers

• Citizenship: No restrictions; all nationalities are welcome.


• Experience:
  
  - Drivers with no experience can join after completing our training program.
  
  - Experienced drivers are hired upon passing a test drive.
  


• Language: Work conducted in Russian or English


• Certificates: CE or C licenses are required.


• Vacancies: We are currently recruiting approximately 50 drivers per month.
