Work and Employment Conditions:

• General Information about the Company: Established in 1988, our company operates with a fleet of 150 trucks, including MAN and VOLVO, all equipped with frigo trailers for refrigerated freight transport.



• General Routes for Freight Movement: Routes include UE (European Union), DE (Germany), FR (France), BENELUX (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), CH (Switzerland), GB (Great Britain), AT (Austria), CZ (Czech Republic), and PL (Poland).



• Type of Crew: Single driver (1 DRIVER).

• Truck Equipment: All trucks are fully equipped with GPS, telematics, and tablets for communication and navigation.

• How Drivers Receive Schedule Information: Drivers receive their schedule via telematics and phone communication.



• Pallet Exchange: Yes, pallet exchange is required.



• Deductions/Fuel Regulations/Driving Efficiency Norms: Yes, these are in place.



• Salary Calculation and Monthly Salary: The base salary is supplemented with various add-ons, including fuel bonuses, pallet exchange, UK route bonuses, and extra kilometers driven. The typical monthly net salary ranges between €2,100 - €2,400 (approx. 9700-11000 PLN).



• Internship: Yes, an internship is available.
