Work and employment conditions

The company’s year of foundation is 1995 with around 70 IVECO vehicles. We have Frigo and Tilt Trailers.

· Work schedule
Starting on a Monday leaving from our Genoa Depot and turning back on a Saturday to Genoa with 45 hours of break in our Genoa Depot.

· How are the trucks equipped?
Our trucks are Euro6 and equipped with GPS.

· How the driver submit reports?
The driver submits reports handwritten on a weekly basis which are sent over to our head office in Malta.

· How the driver gets the information about his schedule?
By company phone.

· Is there a pallet exchange?
Most of the time No.

· Salary
Drivers are paid on a weekly basis as follows:
€600 Net per week + additional bonuses including truck wash - €15, Working with tilt truck - €15, working with ADR goods - €15.
The above wage includes loading/unloading if necessary.

· Accommodation
We do not offer accommodation. However, the driver can stay in the truck in our Genoa Depot.

· Visa cost coverage
All work permits are to be paid by the driver.

· Transfer cost coverage
€200 (including return)

Requirements for drivers

· Citizenship – We are hiring people from eastern Europe including Serbians and Albanians

· Experience – 1 year experience. Working with Frigo Trailers and working in Western Europe.

· Knowledge of languages - English and Italian or either.

· Certificates – ADR, CPC, Driving Licence
